Triple acting balers – PTC range

Triple acting Danieli Henschel balers have been successfully and reliably used in a wide range of applications for many decades, including in the car industry, at scrap yards and at steel works. The baling presses are used to produce both steel and non ferrous scrap. The product line includes machines supporting bale dimensions of between 300 x 300 mm and 600 x 750 mm.
The baling presses are largely designed to be suitable for installation, use and operation in a scrap yard. The precise and careful manufacturing process delivers machines that function fault-free and with low wear, ensuring a long lifespan.

PTC Triple acting balers
Very wide range of shearing ram baling presses to satisfy any customer requirement: production, bale size, etc.
Machine installation especially well-suited to the industrial environment.
Robust baling presses design for continuous, heavy-duty operation whatever the product to be processed: steel, aluminium, copper, stainless steel, etc.
Complete turnkey supply of a series of equipment to satisfy customer requirements: automation of an industrial production line upstream and downstream from the press.
Optimisation of bale handling, storage, and transport costs: high densification, uniform volumes (bales of equal length).
Improved performance of smelting the bales.
Continuous feeding with a conveyor or a grab.
The starting of the cycle can be controlled by a weighing hopper or a level detector.
Shearing of bulky waste by forward movement of the precompression ram.
Automatic and continuous compacting cycle.
Optimised production and bale densification by adjusting the number of precompressions
Bale ejection via ramp or conveyors.
The PTC Range of baling presses has the following characteristics:
– Final compression force of up to 1270 t
– Installed power of up to 360kW
– Bale size (output) of up to 750 x 600 mm
– Steel/copper output of up to 56 tph
– Aluminium output of up to 20 tph
